Valley Arts and Entertainment invites you and your students to participate in a special Dance Workshop Arts Program, a community outreach program to bridge students of diverse talents and experience an exciting opportunity to dance on stage with Mr. Thomas Johnson [better known as “Tommy the Clown”].

In 1992, Johnson invented the genre of dance called clowning “thereby creating the concept of “hip-hop clowns”, which evolved into the popular dance-style called “Krumping”.  Johnson and his followers have performed at events ranging from inner city communities to celebrity events.  You saw him in the documentary movie “RIZE”.  Other appearances include: Tyra Banks, Kids Choice Awards, Dancing with the Stars and MTV Video Music Awards” and Germany/Japan World Tour.

Mr. Johnson is also co-founder of [C.L.O.U.T] Foundation, Changing Lives One yoUth at a Time, who’s mission is to foster positive youth involvement in the community directed to healthful, artistic and creative activities.
